Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FuturistInk website, the online trial studio, your account and your subscriptions to FuturistInk and FuturistCarve — two separate products sold through the same account and checkout. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Use of the desktop software is additionally governed by the EULA; delivery, cancellation and refunds are described in our Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Accounts & team seats

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and under the user seats you assign.

Subscriptions with several user seats let you invite team members from your dashboard. Invitation links are valid for 7 days. Seats may be assigned only to people in your organisation, and each seat is used by one named person.

2. Subscriptions, billing & automatic renewal

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in euros (EUR), through our payment provider iyzico with 3-D Secure.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. When you subscribe, you agree that your payment card is stored securely by iyzico and charged at each renewal: a monthly plan renews every 30 days and a yearly plan every 365 days from the start of the period. We send you a reminder e-mail 14 days and 3 days before each renewal. If a renewal charge fails, we retry up to 3 times; you then have a 7-day grace period during which your access continues. If payment still cannot be collected, the subscription is marked past due and access to the software ends until payment is made.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, no further charges are made, and the remainder of the period is not refunded pro rata.
  • All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT. Customers in Türkiye pay 20% VAT, which is added at checkout and shown separately on the invoice (net amount plus VAT). Customers outside Türkiye are not charged VAT (0% — export of services).
  • Enterprise offers (a custom number of user seats and printer profiles) are quoted individually. They may be paid by card at checkout or, by agreement, by bank transfer against an invoice; a subscription paid by bank transfer starts when the payment is received.

3. Free trial

The online trial studio is free. A trial account requires a corporate e-mail address; addresses from free e-mail providers are not accepted. The trial is limited to 3 sample exports of up to 20 × 20 cm at 300 DPI; exports carry no watermark. Images and projects you upload to the trial studio are processed in the cloud and deleted when your session ends. We may change or discontinue trial features at any time.

The desktop software has no trial mode: it opens only with an active subscription and locks when the subscription ends or becomes past due.

4. Right of withdrawal & refunds

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, as provided by the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Because the subscription is a digital service, performance starts on activation — the first sign-in to the desktop software or the online studio with your subscription. At checkout you expressly consent to performance starting on activation and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once performance has begun. How withdrawal is exercised and how refunds are made is set out in our Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Users, devices & printer profiles

Subscriptions are licensed per user, not per machine. Each user seat may install the desktop software on up to 2 computers with 1 active session at a time, and each plan includes 1, 3 or 10 printer profiles depending on the tier. You manage seats and registered computers from your dashboard. Sharing seats or credentials outside your organisation is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to bypass licensing or session limits, no unlawful content, no interference with the platform's operation or security.

7. Service changes & availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or modify features over time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the EULA. You are responsible for verifying print output with test prints before production.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time; periods already billed are not refunded except where the law or our refund policy provides otherwise. When a subscription ends or becomes past due, the desktop software locks until an active subscription is restored.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms. If you are a consumer, your rights to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under the applicable legislation are reserved.
