End-User License Agreement

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Dekor Sanat Reklam Dekorasyon San. Tic. A.Ş., the publisher of FuturistInk and FuturistCarve ("Licensor"), for the FuturistInk and FuturistCarve desktop software, their updates and documentation (together, the "Software"). FuturistInk and FuturistCarve are separate products sold through the same account and checkout; this Agreement applies to whichever of them you have subscribed to. By installing, signing in to or using the Software you accept this Agreement.

1. Licence grant

Subject to an active subscription and this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes. The Software is licensed per user: each user seat included in your subscription may install the Software on up to two (2) computers (for example, at work and at home), with only one (1) active session at a time. Your plan also includes a fixed number of printer profiles (1, 3 or 10, depending on the plan) that you may set up in the Software. The Software is not licensed per machine.

2. Sign-in, devices and sessions

The Software is tied to your FuturistInk account. When you sign in, the computer you use is registered to your user seat; up to two computers may be registered per user, and you can remove or replace a registered computer from your account dashboard. If you sign in on a second registered computer while a session is already active, the earlier session is closed. Circumventing sign-in, the device limit or the single-session rule is prohibited.

Printer profiles: the number of printer profiles included in your plan is the number of printers you may configure and keep in the Software at the same time. Enterprise offers may include a different number of user seats and printer profiles, as stated in your offer.

3. Subscription & term

The licence remains valid while your subscription is active. If you cancel, the Software keeps working until the end of the period already paid. If a renewal payment fails, the Software keeps working during the grace period described in the Terms of Service; once the subscription becomes past due, or when a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, the Software locks and no longer opens until an active subscription is restored. The Software has no trial mode. Your files and projects are stored on your own computers and remain yours.

4. Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling, except where permitted by law.
  • No redistribution, sublicensing, rental or resale of the Software, and no sharing of account credentials or user seats with persons outside your organisation.
  • No removal of proprietary notices, and no use to build a competing product.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in FuturistInk, FuturistCarve and their documentation remain with Licensor. Output you create with the Software (print files, projects, models) belongs to you.

6. Updates

Licensor may provide updates that modify or improve the Software. This Agreement governs those updates unless accompanied by a separate licence.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Print results depend on your hardware, materials and RIP configuration; you are responsible for verifying output with test prints before production.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, materials or production time. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement. If you are a consumer, your rights to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under the applicable legislation are reserved.
