This policy explains how FuturistInk subscriptions and services purchased on futuristink.com are delivered, how you can cancel, and how cancellations and refunds are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Delivery of the service
- FuturistInk is a digital service. No physical product is shipped and no shipping fees apply.
- Your subscription is activated on your account immediately after your payment is confirmed. The desktop application, licences and machine activations become available in your dashboard right away.
- If your access is not available shortly after payment, contact us and we will resolve it or refund the payment.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — no phone calls or forms required.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
- Amounts already billed for the running period are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires otherwise or where this policy says so.
3. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you purchase as a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, because FuturistInk provides immediate digital access (activation, signed licences and downloads begin at purchase), by completing the purchase and starting activation you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun. Your statutory rights are not otherwise affected.
To exercise a withdrawal or discuss a billing problem, email support@futuristink.com from your account email within the withdrawal period.
4. How refunds are processed
- Send your request to support@futuristink.com with your account email and the payment date or receipt.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (the card used, via our payment provider iyzico) within 14 days of approval. Your bank may need a few additional business days to post the amount.
- The refunded amount is the amount actually charged, including VAT where applicable.
5. Faulty or defective service
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding defective services, including your rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and, where applicable, the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
6. Payments
Payments on futuristink.com are processed securely by iyzico with 3-D Secure. We accept major payment cards.
