This policy explains how FuturistInk and FuturistCarve subscriptions purchased on futuristink.com are delivered, how you can cancel, and how withdrawal and refunds are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Delivery of the service
- FuturistInk and FuturistCarve are digital services. No physical product is shipped and no shipping fees apply.
- When you pay by card, your subscription is activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed: the desktop application download, your user seats and printer profiles are available in your dashboard right away. Enterprise subscriptions paid by bank transfer start when the payment is received.
- If your access is not available shortly after payment, contact us and we will resolve it or refund the payment.
2. Cancelling your subscription & automatic renewal
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — no phone calls or forms required.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
- Amounts already billed for the running period are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires otherwise or where this policy says so.
- Until you cancel, your subscription renews automatically with the card stored by our payment provider iyzico — every 30 days for monthly plans and every 365 days for yearly plans. We e-mail you 14 days and 3 days before each renewal. If a charge fails we retry up to 3 times, then allow a 7-day grace period; after that the subscription becomes past due and access ends until payment is made. Details are in section 2 of the Terms of Service.
3. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion (the day your order is completed) without giving a reason and without penalty.
The subscription is a digital service whose performance begins on activation. Activation means the first sign-in to the desktop software or to the online studio with your subscription after payment. At checkout you expressly consent to performance beginning on activation and acknowledge that, in accordance with the Regulation, the right of withdrawal lapses once performance has begun with your consent. Until you activate, you may withdraw within the 14-day period. Your other statutory rights are not affected.
To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example: "I withdraw from my FuturistInk subscription ordered on …") from your account e-mail address to support@futuristink.com within the withdrawal period. We will confirm receipt by e-mail. We refund all payments received from you within 14 days from the day your withdrawal notice reaches us.
4. How refunds are processed
- Send your request to support@futuristink.com from your account e-mail address, with the payment date or receipt.
- Card payments are refunded to the card used, through our payment provider iyzico, within 14 days from the day your withdrawal notice or approved refund request reaches us. Your bank may need a few additional business days to post the amount.
- Subscriptions paid by bank transfer (enterprise offers) are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within the same period.
- The refunded amount is the total amount actually charged. For customers in Türkiye this includes the 20% VAT shown on the invoice; customers outside Türkiye were not charged VAT, so the refund equals the amount paid.
5. Faulty or defective service
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding defective services, including your rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and, where applicable, the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
6. Payments
Payments on futuristink.com are made in euros (EUR) and processed securely by iyzico with 3-D Secure. We accept major payment cards; the card is stored by iyzico for automatic renewals and can be changed from your dashboard. Enterprise offers may also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.
